Important information

As per UAE law, you must present a valid ID (Passport or UAE National ID) upon check-in. Photocopies will not be honored. In line with the preventive measures for COVID-19, the Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi has implemented the Green Pass System as per new guidelines. Effective 15th June 2021, all visitors are required to activate the Al Hosn mobile application and maintain the Green Pass level to enter any hotel facilities (i.e. Restaurant, Coffee Shop, and Recreation Center). Please note that guests without a Green Pass will not be permitted to enter the facilities. Children below 5 years can eat for free, a maximum of two kids only free per family. Children 6 to 11 years of age half price applicable for the menu or buffet. For children above 12 years, a normal buffet or menu price is applicable. Kids menu is available but no discount is applicable. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AED 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
